We agree a start date and make any amendments or specification changes you need before work begins.

We oversee the work
Our team carries out and oversees all work throughout the project until it is finished.

Building regulations handled for you
We handle building regulations on your behalf. Planning permission, where it is needed, remains the customer's responsibility.
